Yet, the team is successful on the national level, having won 13 United States Ski and Snowboard National Championships in its 26 years of existence. When we look at the team's weekly, monthly, and quarterly training schedules, we find that in addition to basic skiing and strength training, there are two yoga training sessions per week. The aim of this survey study was to understand skiers’ perceptions of the physical and mental health effects of yoga training.
