Abstract
Description
The Shamrock Hills 1:24000-scale quadrangles is located in south-central Wyoming on the eastern margin of the Great Divide Basin, a sub-basin of the Greater Green River Basin. Upper Cretaceous through Eocene formations were studied and mapped, in addition to the sedimentology, geochronology, and coal stratigraphy.
