Quitting Social Media: A Personal Experiment

Description
This project is a multi-media approach to investigate the opportunity to live a less passive and distracted life by deleting social media and only using technology in active ways. This process was conducted by keeping journal entries of my day-to-day, creating two short films to reflect the before and after of the project, and developing a website to be used as a collective for the project's results as well as a resource for the audience. Overall, this project has grown into a significant study concerning the benefits of changing the way people use technology. Social media and technology are not inherently bad; however, it is how we use them that dictates that.
