Principal Leadership During Restructuring
thesis
posted on 2021-11-15, 21:18 authored by Traci A. BlaizeSchool reform requires specific leadership skills. The journey to take an under-performing school to a school making adequate yearly progress is not an easy one. In this phenomenological study, the researcher focuses on the journey of one principal and his school as they work toward developing a restructuring plan. Interviews with staff members and the principal are focused on the leadership qualities of clear vision, culture, consistency, and collaboration.
