Let's Succeed in Sales

This is a survey-based study focused on illumining the key qualities/characteristics of a successful salesperson and how such a person stays motivated in a sales role. The survey included the following questions 1) choose your top three qualities or characteristics from the list, 2) how many years have you worked in sales, 3) what causes you stress in the sales role, 4) what are your methods for coping with stress, 5) how do you stay motivated in a sales, and 6) what advice would you give to upcoming salespeople. More of the details from how the topic was selected to the lessons learned from this project will be included in the presentation.
