RodgersThis report presents the findings from the WSGS investigation of lithium occurrences in Wyoming. WSGS geologists reviewed geochemical data for nearly 68,000 Wyoming sediment, soil, rock, and water samples from seven state and federal databases and evaluated lithium concentrations in almost 700-collected rock and soil samples. At the time of this report, lithium concentrations in the evaluated Wyoming earth materials are too low to compete economically with global deposits currently in production.
