StaffordThis technical memorandum presents the most current assessment of groundwater resources in the Bear River drainage of southwest Wyoming. The physical extent, hydraulic characteristics, water chemistry, and potential contaminants of the major aquifers are examined. Existing groundwater uses are described. The study also identifies opportunities for future groundwater development to meet projected agricultural, municipal, and industrial demands in this river basin.
